WITH THE BEST DAMN RUN OF LIKKER
MOJITO
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - HIGHBALL
- 70 ML New Moonshiners RUM
- 25 ml LIME JUICE
8 mint leaves
- 25 ml SUGAR CANE syrup (MONIN)
- 50 ML CLUB SODA
- ICE cubes & crushed ice, PARTS OF LIMe AND MINT sprig
Lightly muddle the mint in a shaker.
Add the New Moonshiners Rum, lime juice, sugar cane syrup and ice and give it a brief shake. Strain into a highball glass over fresh crushed ice. Top with the club soda.
Garnisch with fresh parts of lime and mint leaves.

PINA COLADA
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS -
- 70 ML New Moonshiners RUM
- 50 ML cream of coconut
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 25 ML LIME JUICE
- ICE CUBES AND PINEAPPLE WEDGE / LEAF
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and
shake strongly (20-30 seconds).
Strain into a chilled glass over ice cubes.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.

BROTHER MOON
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS -
- 70 ML New Moonshiners RUM
- 40 ML orangE juice
- 40 mL pineapple juice
- 40 ml passion fruit juice
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- 10 ml coconut syrop (monin)
- a dash of grenadine
- ICE CUBES AND piece of pineapple and mint leafes
Fill a nice glass with ice cubes, orange juice, pineapple
juice and passion fruit juice, followed by New Moonshiners rum, coconut syrup, lemon juice and give it all a gentle stir. Finish with a dash of grenadine and a slice of pineapple and mint leafes.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
- PERFECT SERVE 1 MARGARITA GLASS -
- 70 ML New Moonshiners RUM
- 25 ml sugar cane syrop (monin)
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 6 fresh strawberries
- ICE CUBES AND half strawberry
Add the strawberries, the fresh lime juice, sugarcane syrup and New Moonshiners rum
and ice cubes in the blender.
Blend until smooth. pour into Margarita glass.
Finish it with fresh part strawberry.

- a dash of agostura bitters

- 70 ML New Moonshiners VODKA
- 25 ML COINTREAU
- 25 ml fresh liME JUICE
- 25 ml agave syrup
- a dash of cranberry juice
- ICE CUBES, SLICE OF LIME AND SOME (BLACK) SALT
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake .
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Finish it with a fresh slice of lime and black salt rim.

- 70 ML New Moonshiners VODKA
- 100 ML GINGER BEER
- 25 ml lime juice
- ICE CUBES AND A SLICE OF Lime
Fill the Moscow Mule mug with ice cubes.
Pour in the New Moonshiners Vodka, followed by chilled good quality ginger beer and the lime juice , and give it
all a good stir.
Garnish with a fresh slice of lime

BLOODY MARY
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - HIGHBALL
- 70 ML New Moonshiners VODKA
- 100 ML tomato juice
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- pinch of salt and black pepper
- ice cubes, celery stalk , salt & pepper for rim
Fill a shaker with the New Moonshiners Vodka, tomato juice and other ingredients. Add some icecubes and shake well. Strain into a highball glas with salt and pepper rim.

Finish it with celery stalk.

SEX ON THE MOON

- 50 ML New Moonshiners VODKA
- 25 ML peach liqueur
- 30 ml orange juice
- 3o ml pineapple juice
40 ml cranberry juice

Fill a shaker with New Moonshiners Vodka and all other ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with slice of orange.

WHISKEY SOUR
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - WHISKEY GLASS
Without eggwhite
- 70 ML New Moonshiners WHISKEY
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar cane syrop (monin)
- 2 dashes of Angostura AROMATIC Bitters
- ICE CUBES AND SLICE OF orange and cherish
Fill a shaker with ice cubes, New Moonshiners Whiskey, lemon juice, Angostura bitters en sugar cane syrop. Shake very well for 30 sec till shaker is chilled outside.
Fill a tumbler with ice cubes, and strain from shaker into the glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
MANHATTAN
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - COCKTAIL GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners WHISKEY
- 30 ML MARTINI ROSSO
- 3 DASHES OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS
- ICE CUBES AND CHERRY
Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour the Angostura bitters over the cubes, followed by New Moonshiners Whiskey and Martini Rosso. Stir all ingredients quiet with spoon for 20 sec and strain in cocktail glass.
Garnish with cherry.

- 100 ML ginger ale (fever tree)

KENTUCKY MULE
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - MOSCOW MULE MUG
- 70 ML New Moonshiners WHISKEY
- 100 ML GINGER BEER
- 25 ml lime juice
- ICE CUBES and mint leaves
Fill a Moscow Mule mug with ice cubes.
Add the New Moonshiners Whiskey and lime juice, top with good quality ginger beer, and give it
all a good stir.
Finish it with mint leaves.

MINT JELUP
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - JULEP CUP
- 70 ML New Moonshiners WHISKEY
- 35 ML sugar cane syrop (MONIN)
- 10 mint leaves
- CRUSHED ICE and mint sprig for garnish
Fill the julep cup with syrop and mint leaves.
Lightly muddle the mint and syrup.
Add the New Moonshiners Whiskey and pack tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
Top with a bit of more crushed ice and a mint sprig.

MOONSHINE COFFEE
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - BALL JAR / IRISH COFFEE GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners WHISKEY
- 2 tea spoons dark CaSTER sugar
-- cup of strong hot coffee
- WHIPPED CREAM (NO SUGAR)
Pour in the New Moonshiners Whiskey, followed by
the spoons of dark caster sugar.
Stir well till sugar is dissolved. Add the hot coffee and top with whipped cream.
GIN COCKTAILS

GIN TONIC

- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 100 ML FEVER TREE ELDERFLOWER TONIC

Fill a Gin bowl with ice cubes.
Pour in the New Moonshiners Gin,
followed by chilled tonic, and give it
all a gentle stir.
Finish it with a fresh slice of lemon and a string of cucumber.

- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - HIGHBALL GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
-25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar cane syrop (MONIN)
- 100 ML club soda
- ICE CUBES AND A SLICE OF LEMON and cherry
Add the lemon juice, sugar cane syrop and
New Moonshiners Gin into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
BEBBO
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - COCKTAIL GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 25 ML LEMON JUICE
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- 25 ml orange juice
- lemon slice and cherry
Stir all the ingredients (except ice) together in a cocktail shaker until the honey dissolves. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
BLUE MOON
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - COCKTAIL GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 25 ML créme de violette (MONIN)
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- ICE CUBES AND A SLICE OF LEMON
Take an iced cocktail shaker. Pour in the
New Moonshiners Gin, followed by créme de violette and the fresh orange juice. Shake gently and strain
into cocktail glass.
Finish it with a fresh slice of lemon.

THE FRENCH 75
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - COCKTAIL GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 25 ML lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar cane syrop (monin)
- CHAMPAGNE
- ICE CUBES, spiral OF LEMON and cherry
Take a shaker with ice.
Pour in the New Moonshiners Gin, lemon juice, syrop and give it and gently shake.
Pour in a cocktail glass. Top with the champagne. Stir smoothly.
Finish it with a spiral of lemon and a cherry.
GIN SLING
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - TUMBLER
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar cane syrop (monin)
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- club soda
- a dash of angostura bitters
- ICE CUBES AND A Spiral of LEMON
Fill a nice glass with ice cubes. tot chill. Add ice in the shaker followed by New Moonshiners Gin and the sweet Vermouth, lime juice, syrop and the angostura bitters.
Shake well till outside shaker is chilled. Strain into tumbler en top with soda. Garnish with spiral of lemon and ice.
BRAMBLE
- PERFECT SERVE 1 GLASS - LOW GLASS
- 70 ML New Moonshiners GIN
- 25 ML blackberry syrop (MONIN)
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 25 ml club soda
- a dash of angostura bitters
- crushed ice, mint sprig AND blackberries
Take a chilled tumbler.
Pour lemon juice and the blackberry syrop, the
New Moonshiners Gin and crushed ice.
Stir for a moment. Top with club soda and a dash of angostura bitters.
Garnish with a blackberries and a mint sprig.
